The product consisting of peeled peach halves Prunus persica L, fresh and clean, free of mold and insects and have reach a good grade of ripeness. The peaches are peeled and cutted in different styles and preserved by thermal process to reach a commercialy sterile product with more than three years self life. The vaieties used for canned peach are the yellow to orange ones.

The peaches are packed in different styles depending of cutting:

• Halves. The product consisting of pitted peach halves, by cutting the whole peaches at the suture.
• Slices. The product consisting of peach slices by cutting peach halves in slices.
• Dices. The product consisting of peach dices 14x14mm or 16x16mm by cutting peach halves in dices.

The peaches are packed in four differents packing media:

• Syrup. The product is preserved in a light syrup (14º a 17º brix).
• Water. The product is preserved just in water without additives.
• Grape juice. The product is preserved in grape juice from concentrate.
• Pear Juice. The product is preserved in pear juice from concentrate.
