Product description
The product consisting of canned pimientos, packed of flesh and clean pimientos, free of mold and insects and have reach a good grade of ripeness. The raw pimientos are cutted to remove the stem and preserved by acidifications and heat treatement to reach a commercialy sterile product with more than three years self life.

Pimientos are packed in several styles depending of cutting as follows:
Same styles are defined for peppers but peppers are packed as roasted style instead of pimientos which could be packed roasted or lye peeled style.
