The product consisting of peeled plum toomatoes, in the styles and packing media indicted below, fresh and clean, free of mold and insectes and have reach a good grade of ripeness. The peeled tomatoes are preserved by heat treatement to reach a commercialy sterile product with more than three years self life.

The tomatoes are packed in three different styles depending of tomate cutting.

• Whole tomatoes. The product consist of tomatoes or almost whole tomatoes that keep approximate original shape.
• Diced tomatoes. The product consisting of whole tomatoes that have been cutted into approximate 18mmx18mm cubes.
• Crushed tomatoes. The product consisting of random tomato pieces.

Tomatoes are packed only in tomato juice, mínimum 4.5º brix.
